Common requests
- Bug report or crash: tell us what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened. Include your device model and iOS or Android version.
- Site data is wrong: include the site name and what is wrong (closed, wrong location, fee changed). We update from public data sources daily; some details lag the real world.
- Refund: in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google. Open their support flow and we will cooperate with their review.
- Privacy or data access: see your data rights.
- Press, partnership, or media: hello@boondock.app.
Status
API health: boondock.app/api/health. If the app is stuck loading, check that endpoint first.
Camping is at your own risk. Verify access, fees, and seasonal closures with the land manager before visiting.
